- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of routine reports to track operational progress.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel) and general web-based applications.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain focus and accuracy during repetitive tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A dedicated, quiet workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload).
Preferred Qualifications
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in data entry, administration, or customer service (not required).
