We are seeking a highly articulate and tech-savvy Chat Support Agent to join our customer success team on a part-time basis. This position is 100% remote and is ideal for individuals who excel at written communication and can navigate multiple digital platforms simultaneously. You will serve as the first point of contact for our users, providing real-time solutions and maintaining a high standard of service through our live chat interface.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing multiple concurrent chat sessions to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Providing clear, concise, and accurate information regarding services, policies, and technical troubleshooting.
- Identifying and reporting recurring customer concerns to the product and management teams.
- Updating customer records and interaction logs within our CRM system with precision.
- Maintaining a professional and empathetic tone that aligns with our organizational brand voice.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional written English skills, including a mastery of grammar, spelling, and tone.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 50 WPM) and comfort with keyboard shortcuts.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a digital support environment.
- High-speed, reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home workspace.
Employment Details
- Compensation: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour.
